Turbo Bartholomeow
Dear H, O and B,
Today, our dear Turbo crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. He was a sweet cat who was with Dad and me for 14 years. He was our first baby and the decision to keep him was the first joint decision we ever made. We will miss him, but he was very, very sick and so we decided that today was the day for him to be relieved of his suffering. You are all handling it pretty well, though you are sad. I am so appreciative of all of your teachers because they have all been so supportive and caring during this challenging time! I’m also grateful that we have the chance to walk with you through some of life’s tough stuff. It’s how you’ll grow into compassionate, kind adults.
Love you,
Mama
Easter 2017
Dear H, O and B,
This Easter did not disappoint. We had 2 days of celebrations! Our church does Easter services on both Saturday and Sunday for Easter. Owen, you sang with the choir at both Saturday services and did a great job! There was a BBQ and egg hunt between the services and we had a lot of friends to play and hang out with during that time. On Sunday, we had our traditional breakfast (Resurrection Buns and egg casserole), hunted for eggs and found baskets that were filled by the EB. Nana and Papa came over for a delicious Easter dinner. All in all, it was a great time!
Love you,
Mama
Spring So Far
Dear H, O and B,
Just wanted to share some of my favorite moments from our spring!

A Dash of Dash
Dear H, O and B,
Dash has already grown so much since he got here! He absolutely loves playing with each of you. He is puppy so he does quite a bit of the puppy nibbling, which is making you all a little crazy! He is completely adorable, though!
Love you,
Mama
Dash!
Dear H, O and B,
In the end of February, I went up to a farm in Seligman, Arizona and picked a puppy for our family. He was the darkest puppy in the litter and I took to him immediately because he seemed very social.
Today, Dad and I played the best April Fool’s joke on you that we’ve ever played on anyone! We told you we were hiking up north. We got out of the car and waited at a stump. You were all complaining! There was a storm rolling in, you were cold, the ground was muddy, and hiking in a place like that just didn’t make sense! Then, down the road came a truck. Inside the truck was our beloved Dash! You were so excited when you saw him and realized we’d be taking him home!
Dash had a great ride home and a fantastic first day as a member of our family!
Love you,
Mama
